Holiday Let Terms & Conditions
A Quick Guide to a Great Stay
We're here to help you have a fantastic holiday! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please read these terms and conditions.
Your Stay:
- Check-in: 4 PM
- Check-out: 10 AM
- Late check-out: £50 fee, per every hour after 10AM.
- Checking -in-out: Information will be sent to you after booking.
Keeping Things Safe and Sound:
- Safety First: Please report any issues or damage right away.
- Guest Responsibility: The person who books is responsible for everyone in their group, including any visitors.
- Maximum Guests: Please stick to the maximum number of guests allowed.
- Quiet Time: Please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- No Parties: Party animals, please find another venue.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in some properties, but please let us know in advance and follow the specific rules.
- Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors.
- Parking: Parking is available at some properties but is at your own risk. Please don't charge electric cars.
Payments and Cancellations:
- Deposit: A deposit of one night's stay is required and is non-refundable.
- Full Payment: Full payment is due 28 days before your stay.
- Cancellations:
- 14+ days' notice: Full refund.
- 14-10 days' notice: Refund minus the deposit.
- 7 days or less notice: No refund.
- No-Shows: No refunds for no-shows.
- Force Majeure: If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll refund your payment, and do our best to relocate you.
- Monthly Payments: If you would like to spread the cost of the holiday over several payments we can arrange this.
Damage and Lost Property:
- Damage: You're responsible for any damage caused and will be charge accordingly.
- Lost Keys: There's a charge for lost keys.
- Lost Property: We can return lost property, but you'll cover the postage costs.
- Damage Deposit:
- Checking out : Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition, returning the keys to the lock box, and disposing of rubbish in the wheelie bin. Guests must also vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Your Privacy:
We'll keep your personal information safe and only share it with necessary parties, like cleaners or maintenance workers.
A Note on Accuracy:
We do our best to provide accurate information about the properties, but sometimes things can change. We'll always try to keep you updated.
A Fair Stay for All:
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you don't follow these terms or if your behavior is disruptive.
