Managed Listings on channels this means we will control your property where advertised, as well as advertising on our website.

Organising cleaners, we will arrange cleaners to take care of your property for change overs, & welcome packs.

Welcome packs to be arranged by us, choose one of the 3 packs that we do.

Organising legal requirements, we will arrange for, boiler services, electrical tests, pat tests, checking of fire equipment, public liability, tv licenses.

Linen we will organise a linen company so that linen is ready for a change over.

Rubbish collection, we will organise for guest’s rubbish to be removed.

24-hour emergency callout via WhatsApp, we will arrange for emergency call-outs if required for lost keys, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, glazers, roofers etc.

Access to our online calendar, clients will be able to see their properties bookings online.

 

Pricing your home

We will work with you to work out the most agreeable pricing method to maximise your income through the season.

If you would like your own website built we can do this for a fraction of the cost of what large website building companies charge and we’ll do this for £150, hosting the website varies and will be additional.

If you would like us to create a video of your home for potential guests to view, again we can do this cheaper than larger companies using our inhouse team.

Photos of your home will be free of charge, and part of our service to you.

Once you are happy we will make your home open for guests to book.

If you wish to take control of your own property we will hand back your property to you after the last booking has finished, but we will need 3 months’ notice.

Organising out of season maintenance repairs and up-grades, we will arrange for servicing boilers, pat testing, electrical tests, checking of fire equipment and fire doors, arranging of painters and decorators, other trades if required.

If you wish to stay in your home at any point through the season please book it out as soon as possible so we can we can make arrangements for you.
